How it connects
The SpraySync TASC Tracker plugs into the Serial I/O port on the back of the TASC console. Anything you can view on the TASC console is available to the SpraySync app.
It is a new integration for the TASC family of sprayer controllers on Norstar sprayers, and it replaces our earlier Norstar setup with the WT1 monitor box.

The device
- Inline electronic device with two cables
- One cable connects to the TASC console Serial I/O port
- The other cable is USB and plugs into your tablet
- Small (3.5" × 2.5") and made to zip tie into the cable bundle, so there is no need to mount it permanently
- Powered by the TASC console Serial I/O port, so there is no separate power to wire

Questions
Which TASC consoles does the TASC Tracker work with?
It works with any TASC-6xxx sprayer controller. The most common setup from Norstar Industries is a TASC-6300 paired with a Norstar RS6000 switch box.
Do I need to install anything on my sprayer?
No. The TASC Tracker plugs into the Serial I/O port on the back of the TASC console and takes its power from that port. Zip tie it into the cable bundle and plug the USB cable into your tablet.
Which tablet do I need?
SpraySync runs on rugged Android tablets. We recommend the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 (8") or the larger Active5 Pro (10"). Both are dust-proof and waterproof, and have custom-fit mounts.
I have a Norstar sprayer with a WT1 monitor box. Can I switch?
Yes, absolutely! You will gain the ability to track the actual volume out of the injection tanks and carrier gallons, along with acres and speed directly from the TASC console. Reach out to us, you can upgrade for a one time cost of $500.
Can I move the TASC Tracker between sprayers?
Yes you can. The TASC Tracker is plug and play, you can easily move it between sprayers that have TASC consoles.
