How it works
The SpraySync WT1 monitor box reads the electrical signals going to your sprayer valves and the on/off state of flow switches, then sends them to the SpraySync app on your tablet over USB.
It works with nearly all ATV, UTV and truck sprayers, big and small, so you can swap boxes between vehicles. We build wiring harnesses that make common sprayer controllers as easy as snapping into existing connectors.

- No sprayer controller, or one we haven’t built a harness for yet? The WT1 taps into the 12V signal going from your switches to the valves, so a switch panel works too.

Questions
What sprayers will this work with?
The WT1 monitor box takes up to 11 powered signals and up to 4 non-powered signals like flow switches (2 wire flow or no-flow). That covers the widest variety of sprayers, from direct injection multiple zone sprayers to ATVs with hose reels.
Voltage monitoring circuitry inside the box lets us build wiring harnesses that snap into existing sprayer controller connectors.
Can you track hose reel or hand wand spraying?
Yes. We install a flow switch inline that relays the on/off state back to the tablet. The spraying can be tracked as a point, a line, or a swath/polygon similar to boom spraying.
If you want to skip the flow switch, the app can also drop a spray point on the map.
Will you come and install this on my sprayer?
Yes. We do on-site installation for a cost that depends on how far you are from our nearest installer. The minimum price is $1,200. We have installers based in North Dakota and Idaho.
